John Gray* and others philosophers and spiritual leaders reflections the stages of human development, enabling us to clearly see each age period features. This leads us to rethink our mission and tasks of a given age period. If the period increased the fore of the period features, it is appropriate. If any of the development stages of a person jumps, then later on it will return to harmonize future life. If any of the stages, except for a relationship with God, are placed too high expectations, the result both they and all other relations become disharmonious.
