Staying hydrated is important for overall health, for our Balanced and Healthy lifestyle and keeping our energy levels.  Unfortunately, caffeine is a diuretic (found in most so-called energy drinks), and works to flush water from our body, leaving us feeling dehydrated and sluggish. Healthy is to drink plain water (without sugar!) throughout the day to life Balanced and Healthy life and feel better. On average for adult are recommended drink daily form 1.7l till 2.3l just plain water our more if we are some day are very very thirsty.

Simple Analogy, why Just Just Plain Water
Several years ago, there was an interview on the radio. The guest was talking about drinking lots of water daily. The host said something to the effect of…”what about tea and coffee, does that count?
The guest politely repeated… water, plain water. She went on to give this analogy. Pretend you had a dinner party and after the quests left it was to late to start the clean up. So you just decided to soak the dishes till the morning. You certainly wouldn’t soak them in tea, would you?
That vivid story left an image in my mind of the importance of PLAIN WATER. Tea, coffee, and soda etc are all destructive, unnecessary and unhealthy extras.
