Healthy change between sitting, standing, walking and stretching

In present days each of us has different professional duties, where we tend to over-do, over-push, over-stretch, over-sit, over-stand, over-walk etc. In we just come down for little wail and have a look on over brothers and sisters in animal kingdom. They quite naturally follow health and safety regulations in work and Balanced and Healthy lifestyle in general.

Research shows that sitting for hours a day can increase deaths from heart disease, as well as contribute too many other conditions. As doctors say: “Move It or Lose It”.

In others words, Balanced and Healthy lifestyle, what we can learn from our brothers and sisters in animal kingdom, is to keep healthy balance:

  • If our job duties constitute sitting or/and standing character, than healthy at least every 1-1.5 minutes hour to walk and stretch for  5-10 minutes, at dead minimum for few minutes, just relief stiffness, stress, anxiety etc and  to get back to balanced and healthy state of body, mind, word, emotions and smart intelligence to keep focused on our Supreme Success in business and personal life. This is good time to sit down, breathe deeply and steady, and have some glass of water.
  • If our job duties constitute walk or/and stretch character, than healthy at least every 1-1.5 minutes hour to calm down, sitting or/and standing for 5-10 minutes, at dead minimum for few minutes for same activities and reasons, as written above.

Healthy change between sitting, standing, walking and stretching is really good and handy tool even for Stress management as well.
