Simple and Complete General Health Assessment Tool with a Few Questions

So often, when we need diagnostic our illness and disorders, we need to do a lot of medical examinations, investigations, tests etc. Moreover in reality, as we speak in our article “Means and Laws of Relationships Development and degradation“, modern medicine with most modern technologies, laboratory, X-rays and tests generally can  detect our health problem only, when our health disorders, disease symptom manifestation in physical body. This already is the 5th disease stage from 8 stages together. If we are allow our self be sensitive and compassionate ones, what is not the general case in modern days 🙂 , then we much earlier can feel, something going wrong in our body, mind and spirit. That mean, much earlier and with much greater hope we can come back to our natural state of being – Happiness, Blissfulness and Knowledge forever 🙂 and naturally enjoy Balanced and Healthy lifestyle.

Now let us see and ask our self simple 5 questions, which can give Simple and Complete Health Assessment

1st Question Group about our Sleep
1.A. Do I have good, sound and healthy sleep during the night sleep for average 7 hours? Yes___ No ___
1.B. Do I feel sleepy, drowsiness, tied etc during the daytime 30 minutes after wake up and 30 minutes before going to sleep? Yes___ No ___
1.C. Do I have habit* of daytime sleep or nap? Yes___ No ___
* regularly six time or more per weak and more than 15 minutes per day

2nd Question Group about our Wakefulness
Do I execute poise* and healthy activities during the day time or wakefulness time? between 4 am and 8 pm, and not sleeping during of day time? Yes___ No ___

3rd Question Group about our Appetite
3.A. Do I have daily* good and healthy appetite at regulates times – from 1 to 3 times per day, depends on each personal lifestyle and health recommendations? Yes___ No ___

3.C. Do I have freedom (not consuming) from any snacks, junk, biscuits etc out of regular meals? Yes___ No ___

5.B. Do I have daily* good, healthy, content, calm, satisfied and healthy state the five senses to acquire knowledge – the eyes, ears, nose, tang, skin? Yes___ No ___
5.C. Do I have daily* good, healthy, content, calm, satisfied and healthy state of the five working senses – voice, legs, hands, anus and genitals? Yes___ No ___

Basically, we can say, we are Healthy if we have good and healthy Sleep, Wakefulness Appetite, Defecation, Mind and 10 senses. If not, we have scope to do or in during course of time there will be bigger trebles and ultimately disaster in our life. As English Proverb, remind us, “A Stitch in Time Saves Nine”.
