When we lost healthy balance in our life, by our own and others practical experiences we know, our ability to these desire in vanish, if we are:

  • Physically suffering from the weak senses, ill health etc.
  • Mentally suffering from the anxiety, frustration, depressions etc.
  • Professionally suffering from disabilities, poverty etc.
  • Socially suffering from the loneliness, rejection etc.

Our seminar-workshop is design in such a way, where each and every of seminar-workshop participant:

  • Practically discover and experience our inner dormant motivation, awareness and skills to fulfil our Natural desire via Balanced and Healthy lifestyle.
  • Reawaken in our natural and eternal state of being, where we personally fulfil our most important desires and Enjoy Life fulfilled with a Happiness, Blissfulness and Knowledge Forever.

1.1      The Desire is greatest force in whole creation.

It is Natural and Healthy to have some or others desires as such, which we try to fulfil. That we can observe in any living entities, started from insignificant ant up to kings, presidents, Gods and Goddesses. Anyone have some or other desires. Even desire do not to have desires is still desire.

1.2      There is only one Almighty or Ultimate Power.

We can observe, all around us and even in us, there are certain eternal rules and regulations, lows of nature, which make some kind of management in whole creation to fulfil all our present desires according to some kind of rules and regulations.

1.3      Always we can adjust our sails to the wind.

As Viktor Frankl, one of greatest philosopher and psychotherapist, said, “The greatest of all human freedoms is the freedom to choose in any given set of circumstances”. In others word, “Even if we are no able control the wind, always we can adjust our sails”.

1.4      Root cause of all our suffering.

If we are just for a moment can be honest to our self, then we at once can see clearly by our self. Under all our suffering, there is one main cause or misconception from which spring in two secondary. When we are wisely uncover all our endless visible and invisible problems, and then we can come to one root cause of all problem, pain, confusion, suffering, difficulties etc, “We are honestly not tune in with laws of nature. We were not adjusting our sails to the wind “. This a main root cause are spring in two secondary causes or shapes, in which we are firmly and fully convinced, that:

= “I am suffering, because he/she/they…mothers, father, brother, sister, teacher, friend, wife, husband, boss, master, politician, demigod, demigoddess, nature, Supreme God…

= “I should to work very very very heavily today in order to be happy tomorrow…” – after finishing study, after getting degree, after getting better job, after getting better house, after marry, after getting child, after…, after…, after… 😦

1.5      To Take Responsibility for Our Life

To overcome these endless suffering and misconceptions, we are offering Personal Development training and “Successful Balanced and Healthy lifestyle program“, where one of so important steps is to take responsibility for our own life. Stephen Covey Balanced and Healthy lifestyle call as Habit 7: Principles of Balanced Self-Renewal. And step to take responsibility for our life, he call as Habit 1: Be Proactive or Personal Vision.

1.6      The role of a seminar-workshop leader.

In these seminars-workshops the leader, the trainer are like the guide in our paths to discovers and fulfil or inner desires, like a guide to our path of enjoyment. He can help us “adjust our sails to the wind” in a way, by which our present, eternal and deepest desires will be fulfil in a Balanced and Healthy way for our self, our bellowed ones and social benefits.

1.7      About Our Education.

Our offered education is transformative, personal experiences and principles orientated and holistic, which involves experiencing a deep, structural shift in the basic premises of conciseness, feelings, thoughts and actions. It is a shift of consciousness that dramatically and irreversibly alters our way of being in the world. In this way we are bound to attract Supreme Success, Balanced and Healthy life filled with Happiness, Blissfulness, and Knowledge Forever. 🙂

This education is not about just simply giving us other new set of good-bad, right-wrong, healthy-unhealthy… This education aim is to help us personally reawaken in our inner knowledge, where according to time, place and situation we can use our naturally eternal intelligence to achieve our precious goals of life and attract our Supreme Susses.

1.8      Three modes of nature is the unified our education vein.

Modes of the material nature are permeating all aspects of our lives. It is like three different streams in our life, when each of streams delivers all inner objects in her to three different final destinations:

  • Mode of ignorance final destination: laziness, lethargy, sleepiness, drowsiness, delusion, depression etc
  • Mode of passion final destination: endlessly increasing anxiety and frustration, endlessly increasing desires to enjoy and control others etc.
  • Mode of goodness final destination: peacefulness, tolerance, satisfaction, contentment, cleanliness, humbleness, proudlesness; harmony, balanced, regulated and healthy life; clarity in mind, intentions and actions; freedom from confusion and bewilderment; happiness, blissfulness, knowledge etc right now and more deeper in the future.

By constantly rising up and adjusting our life intentions, actions and environment more fully to mode of goodness, we will gradually rising up to the platform of naturally and healthy Enjoyable, Happy, Blissful and Knowledgeable life Forever. 🙂

1.9      Slogans for each section:

  1. General encouragement: “By Balanced and Healthy lifestyle each of us can be Happy, Blissful and Knowledge Forever.”
  2. Take responsibly for our life: “Even if we are no able control the wind, always we can adjust our sails”.
  3. Physical health: By walking softly, breathing deeply, drinking enough water we attract Supreme Success in our life.
  4. Mental health: By speaking softly, feeling deeply, listening enough others we attract Supreme Success in our life.
  5. Professional health: By requesting softly, contemplating deeply, endeavouring enough for win/win solutions we attract Supreme Success in our life.
  6. Social health: By behaving softly, caring deeply, serving enough for others we attract Supreme Success in our life.
  7. In conclusion: Balanced and Healthy lifestyle is sure way to Happy, Blissful and Knowledge Life Forever.”

Now let us see little more details plan of the seven three hours sections.

2         1st section: Welcome, introduction and all “Successful Balanced and Healthy lifestyle program” philosophy in brief.

2.1      The Scientific base of Personal Development (To see whole material)

In order to provide evidence, that Personal Development or Self Improvement is scientific and not just sentimental things, for that we will discuss certain concepts, aspects and factors of Personal Development, as:

= 1st concept: Ability to delay our senses gratification is the key to any kind of success and ultimately the key to Supreme Success in our life.

= 2nd concept: Emotional intelligence can be developed to achieve our outstanding performance.

= 3rd concept: Be Proactive means ability to control our instant impulses for higher cause, which Dr. Stephen Covey describes in detail in His book “7 Habits of Highly Effective People“.

2.1.1       Who to develop our ability of control our self and control our six senses?

= Five concepts about our human mind from Yoga scriptures.

= Yoga tells us, that we can change our mind by changing our present environment.

= Human mind investigation from scientific point of view.

= Mass, Energy and Structure – 3 minimum scientific characteristics of any material object.

= Personal Responsibility for our Life.

= Any Meaning can be Described in a Graphical system or/and in a Textual systems.

= Modes of the nature described in simple way.

= Mind in the different modes of the nature.

= Concept of five state of our human mind in Yoga scriptures.

2.1.2       Environment impact on our physical and mental health and life together.

= One more scientific experiment with “mouse’s response to hard rock”, to show the environment impact on our mind and Personal Development.

= Drinks, Food, Time, Place, Association impact on our mind in more detail way.

= Violence in mass media products increase and represent modes of passion and ignorance in us and sociality all together.

= Intelligence – so helpful difference between human beings mind and ordinary animals mind.

2.1.3       Personal Development from Physiology science in different modes of nature.

– Sigmund Freud, the father of modern physiology, studies the Personal Development in mode of ignorance.

– Alfred Adler, disciple of Sigmund Freud, studies the Personal Development in mode of passion.

– Viktor Frankl, disciple of Sigmund Freud, studies the Personal Development in mode of goodness.

2.1.4       Three so influential psychological theories connection with modes of nature – ignorance, passion and goodness.

= We are human being and we are born free with freedom to choose – what we will do with our human life?

= Depending of our present conscious and voluntary choices about our associations, our life will be more and more direct:

– Towards stronger and stronger drive for sex enjoyments and mode of ignorance.

– Towards stronger and stronger drive for certain status and mode of passion.

– Towards stronger and stronger drive for the meaningful human life and mode of goodness.

= These three different paths of Self Development described in different ancient and modern, Eastern and Western scriptures, schools and spiritual practises.

By seeing and contemplate all this scientific base of Personal Development, we are really free to choose by our self Happy, Blissful and Knowledge Life Forever.

3         2nd section: Physical health and care for – subtle and gross physical, material body in all levels.

3.1      Overview of our offered framework for Balanced and Healthy lifestyle and who we can beneficially use this offer in practical day-to-day life.

For someone this part can be more carousal, because many times we can hear: “I would like to do that, bat I do not have for that time, money, place etc”    To help us out, in this part are offered different “Successful Balanced and Healthy lifestyle” tips and recipes developed by different professional, doctors, physiology, psychotherapy, nutrition’s, diatdalog (diet doctors) etc. This part is very, very tricky, because on one hand, we cannot make one pair of extraordinarily good shoes simultaneously for man and female, young and old, poor and wealthy, sick and vigorous etc. On the other hand, we are trying our best to help us out at least for good start in our journey to “Successful Balanced and Healthy lifestyle”.

3.2      Physical health influences on Balanced and Health lifestyle, which respectably making major influences on all our Life Success and failures.

If we just spot for a moment and aloud our self observe our body, mind and spirit, then we can simply notice strong influence of our physical health, wellness to our emotions, feelings, relationships, business, abilities, talents, charity, caring for others etc. When we physically well, so many things go well like by itself and other way around, when we have severe headache, constipation, indigestion. 😦 In other words, by taking good care for our physical health, we can simultaneously influence our mental, professional and social wellbeing as well.

As Dr. Stephen Cove write, “Another example is your health. If you do not eat well or exercise because you do not think you have the time or because it is not urgent, you could find yourself in a life-risking situation later. When a health issue becomes urgent, it stops everything else. But if you take the time daily to eat well and exercise in some form, you take care of your body so that you lessen your chances of ill health.”

3.3      Importance of our individual regulated, Balanced and Healthy lifestyle in or life success.

As Thomas Edison said, “I never did anything by accident, nor did any of my inventions come by accident; they came by work.” Regulated life, Healthy habits, Sustainable and Balanced lifestyle, Planning, Tuning in with laws actions, with laws of nature is the fundament of our Supreme Success. Accident, uncertainty, vimsical ideas, volatility in behaviour, confusion, the occasion can “entertaining” for short while, but generally, these are so destructive states.

4         3rd section: Mental health – mind, heart, feeling, emotions etc. Relationships in general and more specifically intimate ones.

4.1      Mental health influences on all our life aspects.  Mental health grants or takes away the Success and/or failures in our lives.

All of us can recall some situations in our life, when we are physically healthy, slept and eat well… and suddenly we just receive some unexpected news by phone call, email, letter, talk etc and suddenly feels like the earth open beneath our feet, hand shaking, voice choked up, tears pouring from both eyes… we are not able to anything at all. And some thing can be in opposite, when one glance, smile, word, touch … empower us with unlimited power and we are able to do anything and everything needful.

In other words, ultimately all of us looking for some kind of feeling, which we looking forwards to experience like happiness, bliss. For these feeling we are willing to any kind of hard work, austerities and panaceas. For example the money. We labor not for money, some amount color paper itself, we do hard labor for “something”, what we can get by this amount of money expecting, that this certain “something” will provide us feeling, what we are looking for. Is it true?

4.2      Differences between Mind, Intelligence and Consciousness.

Many time we are mixing or/and putting Mind, Intelligence and Consciousness in one box. And some time, if we can train up our ability of witnessing our self like from outside, then we can notice in our self like three different processes or living entities:

= 1st one provide to us ten millions ideas, a lot of changing feeling, moods, tone… someone like with feminine nature – this is a level, an ability of our mind;

= 2nd one all time make sharp decisions:  yes, no, later, yes, no, later, yes, no, later… someone like with masculine nature – this is a level, an ability of our Intelligence;

= 3rd one all time just witnessing, what going on in and around us, just witnessing and that it… someone like neutral, uninvolved person – this is a level, an ability of our Consciousness.

4.3      Our mental health or emotions in modes of material nature.

As we speak before, all life aspects we can see from the three modes of nature. That mean, we are bound to experience in our day-to-day life that kind of feeling, which mode of nature we are consciously cultivated in our life. For example, as English say about our actions in mode of goodness, “Early to bed, early to rise, make one healthy, wealthy and wise.”

If we are generally acting in mode of goodness: rise early in morning before sunrise; walk, speak, give order, act softly and consciously; eat and drink in sitting positions, silently, peacefully and healthy; then we attract in our life such mental and emotional states as clarity, satisfaction, peace, friendship, contentment etc.

If we are generally acting in mode of passion and ignorance: If we stay up late, get up after sunrise; run and harry thought out the day; eat in harry junk food while speaking, reading newspaper, listening radio, watching TV; drink insufficiently plane water; then we are bond personally experience anxiety, exsoltions, un-satisfaction, sleepless nights, frustration and ultimately dark depression. As we speak in 1st sections, generally all Personal Development about cultivating modes of goodness as much as possible.

4.4      Training of practical skills in “Emphatic and active listening

We have two ears and one mouth. Just based on our body parts, we would think we would all be natural listeners. But we are really not. We are born with the ability to hear, but we have to develop the ability to listen. The normal listening mode for most people is passive. Words come in one ear, and go out the other. Important information is missed. Details are overlooked. Reasoning is misunderstood. People feel disrespected. The alternative to passive listening is active listening, where we are more of a participant than a spectator, even though we are not the one talking. It is a better way to listen effectively. Here is some practical support tips, how to do it:

4.4.1       1st Be prepared to actively listen.

If you start off intending to listen passively, you’ve already lost. Listening well is much harder than you think, and it won’t happen by itself. Simply deciding that you’re going to actively listen puts you in the right frame of mind for actually doing it.

4.4.2       2nd Stay physically focused.

If your body can’t stay still, your mind won’t either. Being physically present in the conversation is obviously essential for good listening, but many people fail at it. Don’t multitask. If you’re checking your email while talking on the phone, you’re not listening to that person. Don’t fidget, drum your fingers, or do pen tricks. Make good eye contact, and don’t interrupt the conversation to take a phone call or perform any other task.

One great way to ruin a conversation is to look at your watch when someone’s talking. While you may have a good reason for doing so, it’s a clear signal to the other person that you’re not as interested in listening to them as you are in getting on to your next thing. Even if you think you can be subtle about checking the time, they’ll probably notice. If you absolutely must look at your watch, do it when you’re talking, not when they’re talking. This makes a huge psychological difference to the other person.

4.4.3       3rd Stay mentally focused.

OK, you’ve managed to make your body sit still. That’s the easy part. Just because you appear to be listening doesn’t mean you are. Does your mind jump around between topics that have nothing to do with the conversation? Listening requires your full attention, so a wandering mind is no good here. Save the daydreaming for your own time. If other conversations are happening around you, tune them out. Block out all background noise and focus on the person you’re talking to. Specifically, focus on the message they’re trying to get across. If you’re thinking about how they don’t pronounce the g at the end of a word they’re saying, you’re paying attention to the wrong thing. The important part is their message, not their grammar or diction. Tone and body language can be very important too, so don’t forget to look beyond their words. If you find yourself in a boring conversation, try to find something interesting about it. Putting up with a few minutes of less than stellar discussion might pay off. Anyway, it’s the polite thing to do.

4.4.4       4th Let them talk.

When they’re talking, you want to be sure you give them room to say what they want to say. Don’t get impatient if they don’t get to the point as quickly as you’d like. Be respectful, and let them talk their way.

Don’t correct mispronounced words, finish their sentences, make disapproving faces, or interrupt to say you disagree. In fact, you shouldn’t even be thinking about what you’re going to say next. Just listen. To make sure they know you want to listen, encourage them to keep speaking by nodding and saying “go on” or “tell me more.”

4.4.5       5th React appropriately.

After they’ve finished talking, only then should you respond. Don’t jump the gun by rushing to judgment before they’ve even finished. In fact, even after they’re done, you still might want to pause to think before responding.

Do it in a way that shows you were paying attention. You can summarize what they said in your own words, to make sure you understand it correctly. You can ask follow-up questions. Offer feedback based on your careful consideration of what they said. Listening is fairly simple, but it’s not easy. It does take effort, especially when you’re not really in the mood for it. But it’s worth it. By listening well, you not only greatly reduce misunderstandings, but you also give people that warm fuzzy feeling of knowing that someone really listened to them.

4.5      Training of practical skills of “Hour of Pure Love

We guess, all of us, some more some less, have experience of such feelings, like not care for, not heard, not understand at all, rolled over, smash down, rejected, abandoned, discarded, poach, hurt, stigmatized, broken, left behind, misunderstood, push in dirt, totally humiliated etc etc etc 😦 😦 😦 It is very very difficult, no doubt about it, when we experience such feeling. And same time, it is more difficult, when we personally cause experience such feeling our beloved ones. In such situations, when we cause such feeling, we can feel much more pain as we experience by our self.

Aim of this practical topic is to help us learn to develop and maintain very close, intimate relationships with our bellowed one, like intimate friends, partners and children. Even we can wisely, with some adjustments apply these recommendations in much wider area as any kind of important relationships.

5         4th section: Professional health – intelligence, abilities, talents etc. Fields of activities trout which we receive our live-hood.

5.1      Professional health grants or takes away our abilities for bare necessities of life such as food, water, clothing, shelter, and medicine that a person requires to survive.

“It’s not enough that we do our best; sometimes we have to do what’s required.”

~ Sir Winston Churchill

Professional health includes wellness of our intelligence, abilities, talents, mental skills, mental abilities etc. Fields of activities through which we receive our live-hood, like our business, job, work, employment, supported services etc. Professional health means, when we are working or/and providing services to others by using our intelligence, abilities, talents etc in a way which is beneficial for all parties. Generally, it is do no happen by itself – for that we need to put our conscious effort for that. By example and word of Dr. Stephen Covey we can develop this our ability for finding win/win solution for all parties.

5.2      Professional activities in modes of nature.

Modes of the material nature are permeating all aspects of our lives. Now let us contemplate our professional externals and internal motivation and actions in modes of nature:

  • Mode of ignorance:
    • External actions: money earn direct or indirect support killing others living entities (abortion;  murder; slaughtering of the animals and selling product which come for killed animals)
    • Internal motivation and actions: laziness, lethargy, sleepiness, drowsiness, delusion, depression etc
    • Mode of passion:
      • External actions: money earn direct or indirect support of breaking the laws of government, gray and black business,  crime, exploitations and slavery, blackmailing, pollutions of environment, drugs, intoxication, sex industries etc businesses
      • Internal motivation and actions: endlessly increasing anxiety, speed, competitions and frustration, endlessly increasing desires to enjoy and control others etc.
    • Mode of goodness:
      • External actions: money earn direct in harmony with laws of God, nature, government, society, morality, voice of heart. Business activities, which are good and helpful to society and environment and based on win/win principles.
      • Internal motivation and actions: genuine support, care, encouragement, companions of others; peacefulness, tolerance, cleanliness, humbleness, proudlesness; harmony, balanced, regulated and healthy life; clarity in mind, intentions and actions; freedom from confusion and bewilderment; happiness, blissfulness, knowledge etc right now and more deeper in the future.

5.3      Importance of personal satisfaction and Happiness or “We Do What We Love to Do”

Have we ever met someone who is successful at a job they love? They, like three year old, seem to jump out of bed each morning eager to kick ass. Yet people who feel stuck in jobs they hate or bad relationships, have a hard time getting energized or motivated.

We can find a way to do what we love, be true to our-self, and follow our dreams, and we will feel a lot more energized. If we are not sure where to start, we might want to consult with a life coach or psychotherapist to help us sort out our life.

5.4      Importance of lifelong self development in our career.

“Many of us believe that learning happens only in schools. We fail to see that learning is in fact an on-going process and it can happen to anyone, anywhere and anytime. As individuals living in this fast moving society, it is crucial that we remain knowledgeable and competitive. What we know and how proficient we are in the skills that we have acquired determines our “market-value”, efficiency and competency level. It is therefore important that we “invest” in ourselves to constantly upgrade by continuously learning new skills or bettering those that we have already acquired.” (Here is the whole article.)

5.5      Priority and time management

“Time management is an essential skill for personal management. The essence of time management is to organize and execute around priorities. Methods of time management have developed in these stages:

= 1) notes and checklists recognizing multiple demands on our time;

= 2) calendars and appointment books scheduling events and activities;

= 3) prioritizing, clarifying values integrating our daily planning with goal setting (The downside of this approach is increasing efficiency can reduce the spontaneity and relationships of life.);

= 4) managing ourselves rather than managing time focusing in preserving and enhancing relationships and accomplishing results.” 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey

6         5th section: Social health – includes wellness of our ego in all levels. Include individual participation in social groups, societies and institutions.

6.1      Social health grants or takes away our abilities for belonging to the community as a whole, and to subgroups within the community and to give and receive love, care, support etc and feelings of belonging to a whole, complete, eternal group.

“This country will not be a good place for any of us to live in

unless we make it a good place for all of us to live in.”

~ Theadore Roosevelt

All of us are social being and naturally, we are feeling care for, satisfied and happy, when others around us feel care for, satisfied and happy too. Our own Physical and Mental health is making grate and direct impact on our health and wellness, where as Professional and Social health is making indirect and some time much grate impact on our health and wellness, because we are social being. To be volunteer in  When we volunteer for a group, it benefits the group as well as the community we are in. It can also benefit us, the volunteer, in many ways. Volunteering is an opportunity to pat our self on the back for helping somebody. We genuinely feel better when we help make life better for others.

6.2      Social welfare activities in modes of nature.

Now let us contemplate our social externals and internal motivation and actions in modes of nature:

  • Mode of ignorance:
    • External actions: activities around cultivation aggression in people against others groups of people with different gender, occupation, faith, religion, race, cast etc or/and even physically killing them for “social benefits”: terrorism, racism, religious wars.
    • Internal motivation and actions: laziness, lethargy, sleepiness, drowsiness, delusion, depression etc
    • Mode of passion:
      • External actions: there can be any activities, and some time these activities generally all around providing sensual gratification for public, which ultimately will deteriorate people conciseness and life all together.
      • Internal motivation and actions: generally there is motive simply earn more and more money, or/and fame and political power and influence. Actions are full of endlessly increasing anxiety, speed, competitions and frustration, endlessly increasing desires to enjoy and control others etc.
    • Mode of goodness:
      • External actions: genuinely provide for public in general and certain groups of people education about laws of nature, spiritual subjects etc; genuinely care of elderly people, children, women; genuinely care for environment which will beneficially support harmony and balance in general for everyone benefits.

6.3      Gratitude, caring for others, devotional services is a sure way to peaceful, blissful and happy life.

“When you volunteer for a group, it benefits the group as well as the community you are in. It can also benefit you, the volunteer, in many ways. :-)” (Whole article)

“There are many benefits to being a volunteer.  These will vary based on the position, but may include the following.

  • You can feel good knowing that you helped someone else
  • You can set a good example for others
  • You may enjoy it
  • It can be educational” (Whole article)
