1st step: Motivation

For any action on the world, we need some kind of energy, even if we wish just to sustenance and maintenance that, which already we have. We can see this on every step. For example, to keep house neat and clean, we need put time and energy in it from our side. If we wish to build new better and bigger house, again we need put time and energy in it from our side. Moreover, maintenance or/and construction does not happen by itself. It is happen only, when we are really tune in it. In contrary, if we wish to ruin, destroy our present house, we can just neglect, ignore, disregard it and it will collapse “by itself” according with the laws and energies of material nature.

Similarly with our Balanced and Healthy lifestyle. To sustenance and maintenance our naturally given health, we need put time and energy in it. Moreover, sustenance and maintenance does not happen by itself. It is happen only, where we are really tune in it. In contrary, if we wish to ruin, destroy our naturally given Balanced and Healthy lifestyle, we can just neglect, ignore, disregard it and it will collapse “by itself” according the laws and energy of material nature. This we can see all around us and unfortunately also in our lives. 😦

When our Health time-by-time collapse, bat we do not dead jet, we try our best to rebuild, rejuvenate, regain, restart etc our Health and our Balanced and Healthy lifestyle again and again. In this way we for while by means of very very hard study, work, labor etc collecting power, wealth and economic development, fame, beauty and senses enjoyment, knowledge, renunciation and fulfilment of noble duties, we are neglect, ignore, disregard and finally ruin, destroy our naturally given Lovely Relationships and Health, Balanced and Healthy lifestyle. Then “suddenly” find our self in this awkward position, we invest our hard-earned recourses, money to rebuild, rejuvenate, regain, restart our relationships and Health, Balanced and Healthy lifestyle again and again. In this way, in our lives are hardly any peace and satisfaction, happiness, senses enjoyment and Lovely Relationships.

In this situation for us can be helpful one golden truth: “Prevention is better and cheaper then cure”. In other words for sustenance and maintenance of our naturally given Lovely Relationships, Health and senses enjoyment, Balanced and Healthy lifestyle, we need invest less money, time, energy etc compared with rebuild, rejuvenate, regain, restart etc it.

The key to living a happy, balanced, healthy, productive, joyful life full of vigour and confidence is feeling and knowing purpose, passion and genuine joy for the way we spend our days. Without healthy purpose, passion is merely madness. Yet when we know our actions truly make a difference, joy and productivity follow as naturally as sunset after sunrise.

Purposely we star our article with Johann Wolfgang von Goethe words “As soon as a man devotes himself completely to his mission, the entire universe is changing in a way to help him achieve this mission.” On extend in which our purpose of life, mission, aim, tools are tune with laws of eternal nature, Absolute Truth, on that extend we can receive unlimited energy, support, recourses, encouragement, motivation, desire etc to fulfill this mission, purpose of our life.

Certainly, if our purpose of life is Supreme Success and simultaneously live Balanced and Healthy lifestyle full of happiness and knowledge, and we will stay with this purpose with determination, then for sure all entire universe of cases movement is changing in a way to help us achieve our mission.

To finalise our 1st step: “Encouragement -> Motivation -> Desire”, and make 2nd step “Awareness -> Investigation -> Knowledge” we will see four simple tips to increase our motivation and determination, which are so important in our lives for any kind of Success.

Associations – To keep our motivation and determination up, it is very helpful on one hand, to deepen our relationships and make more regular contact with those our role model, who are highly motivated, determined and achieving Supreme Success in Their lives. On other hand, to reduce our relationships and make less contact, associations with those, who slacken our motivation and determination for Balanced and Healthy lifestyle.

Set goals – Setting goals of action will clarify and increase our motivation. By initially making a list of realistic goals to achieve, we will become motivated to accomplish these goals. It is helpful to specify the goals by write the date we will try our best to accomplish each and every goal. When we achieve this goal good to give our self a some self-reward.

Receive support teachers – Often a lack of motivation come from needing to take control of a goal or task. So to increase our motivation it is helpful to take a regular and clear directions, advice, help, support etc for those people, who are experts and experienced trainers, teachers, counsellors etc in field of Balanced and Healthy lifestyle and personally take responsibility and care of over own life, without blaming other for our weak success and failures.

Create a routine – Create, develop and maintain for our self a daily routine for every day. For example, if we want to improve our “daily hatha yoga, pranahama, exercises etc” then we would feel motivated to practising everyday at around the same time. Remember that every small action we take will lead to a big action. By this, we mean doing something even little constructive are much better than doing nothing at all. To try our best regularly do exercises for 5 min per every single day are much better, than tray to do exercises for 60 min one per week, month, year.

I hope that we have enough “Encouragement -> Motivation -> Desire” for “Balanced and Healthy lifestyle”, and we can friendly move on 2nd step “Awareness -> Investigation -> Knowledge
