Here are Our program more detail MAP in form of Tips and Recipes IN FIVE PROGRESSIVE CIRCLES, which is part of whole “Successful Balanced and Healthy lifestyle program“.

Right now we are in the development stage. Unconvinced regretted :-(

Our program three fold Structure planes:

Consciousness plane for Balanced and Healthy lifestyle

Physical healthsubtle and gross physical, material body in all levels. Care for subtle and gross physical body in all material aspects. Mental health – mind, heart, feeling, emotions etc. Relationships in general and more specifically intimate ones. Professional health – intelligence, abilities, talents etc. Fields of activities trough which we receive our live-hood. Social health – ego in all levels. Include our personal mindfulness practices and participation in social groups, societies and institutions.
1st circle .
Train our mind and consciousness be aware and conscious of our physical (body) wellness and sickness impact literally on all our life and lives of others. Train our mind and consciousness be aware and conscious of our emotional, mental interaction (emotions; mind, feeling, heart; closes, intimate relationship ) wellness and illness impact literally on all our life and lives of others. Train our mind and consciousness be aware and conscious of our professional interaction (intelligence, abilities, talents) wellness and illness impact literally on all our life and lives of others. Train our mind and consciousness be aware and conscious of our social interaction (emotions; mind, feeling, heart; closes, intimate relationship) wellness and illness impact literally on all our life and lives of others.
2nd circle
On extend, in which we can consciously reawaken in our mood of softness, gentleness, peacefulness in our moment-to-moment walking, movements, and simple activities, on that extend constantly growing our natural ability choose Healthy and Balanced actions and lifestyle. On extend, in which we can consciously reawaken in our mood of softness, gentleness, peacefulness in our moment-to-moment smiling, speaking, touching and embracing, on that extend constantly growing our natural ability choose Healthy and Balanced feelings and relationships. On extend, in which we can consciously reawaken in our mood of softness, gentleness, peacefulness in our moment-to-moment requesting, ordering and make decisions, on that extend constantly growing our natural ability choose Healthy and Balanced business and professional relationships. On extend, in which we can consciously reawaken in our mood of softness, gentleness, peacefulness in our moment-to-moment intentions, attitudes, thought and desires, on that extend constantly growing our natural ability choose Healthy and Balanced social relationships in broadest perspective.
3rd circle
I am not my subtle and gross physical, material body in any aspects. I am not my mind, feeling, emotions etc in any aspects. I am not my intelligence, abilities, talents etc in any aspects. I am not Indian, American, Muslim, Christian, male, female, old, young and so on in any aspects.
4th circle
= Be conscious of our abilities be grateful, respectful, trustful and cooperate trough our body with others bodies and ultimately Surrender to Omnipotent Creating Power or/and Absolute Truth. = Be conscious of our abilities be grateful, respectful, trustful and cooperate trough our mind, emotions, feelings with others minds, emotions, feelings and ultimately Surrender to Omnipotent Creating Power or/and Absolute Truth. = Be conscious of our abilities be grateful, respectful, trustful and cooperate trough our intelligence, abilities, talents with others intelligences, abilities, talents and ultimately Surrender to Omnipotent Creating Power or/and Absolute Truth. =Be conscious of our abilities be grateful, respectful, trustful and cooperate trough our ego with others ego and ultimately Surrender to Omnipotent Creating Power or/and Absolute Truth.

5th circle
= Life Value – Mercy = Life Value – Cleanliness = Life Value – Truthfulness = Life Value – Austerity
= Restrain our self for killing or use in our life product, which received by killing other living entities. = Restrain our self from use of over-stimulants and intoxicants, like drugs, alcohol, tobacco, opium, laughing gas etc. = Restrain our self from the gambling, lotteries and illegal financial affairs. = Restrain our self from illegal sexual-sensual relationships in gross and subtle forms.

Behaviour plane for Balanced and Healthy lifestyle

1st circle
Physical health
= In: Diet – Daily eat Balanced and Healthy food in regulated times and drink sufficient water on average 1.7-2.3l per day.
= Out: Daily and regularly get sufficient rest during a day and sound sleep at night – on average 7 hours per every single night.
= Time: yoga and exercises: hatha yoga, pranayama, exercises, healthy movements etc.
Mental health
= Just smile and share our Love, Care and Happiness with anyone and everyone.
= Hug at least 1-2-3+ different person per every single day.
= Practise in each talk “Emphatic and active listening”.
= Time: Hour of Pure Love” per week with every family member and 1-2 most intimate friend.
Professional health
= Do What We Love to Do
= Priority and time management
= Majority of our time breathe deeply, peacefully and calmly trough nose.
= Time: Read some professional book, magazine, newspaper, website etc and every day learn to use some good-one professional tip, aspect, angel etc.
Social health
= Cultivate Gratitude, Respect and Caring for others.
= Cultivate Devotional Services, which is a sure way to Peaceful, Blissful and Happy life.
= Time: Individual practice – yoga meditations, chanting of mantras, prayers etc.
2nd circle
Physical health
= Take personal responsibility for our Balanced and Healthy lifestyle.
= Keep regular connections with Balanced and Healthy lifestyle doctor, teacher, counsellor, guide etc.
= Regular stress management as well are include in our Social health division as part of “daily individual practice”.
= Avoid food from the microwave oven; chilled from the fridge; cooked food more than 5 hour before; stale, rotten, fermented food.
= Regularly wash hands more than 10 times per day.
= Healthier posture for passing stools is squatting.
= Regularly before bath, one time per day, massage body with sesame seed oil.
= Every morning massage both nostrils with sesame seed oil.
= In every morning properly: rinse eyes, nose, head; wash teeth; scrub tang; rinse mouths with sesame oil for few minutes; wash all body.
=Everyday massage head with coconut oil.
= Wash feet at least 5-6 times per day.
= Every 6 months visit dentist for regular check-ups.
Mental health
= Regularly try to make deposits into people Emotional Bank Accounts:
– 1st Understanding the Individual;
– 2nd Keeping Commitments;
– 3rd Clarifying Expectations;
– 4th Attending to the Little Things;
– 5th Showing Personal Integrity;
– 6th Apologizing Sincerely When We Make a Withdrawal.
Professional health

= Voluntary accepting responsibility for our life and lives of others.
= Increase Motivation.
= Stay Safe and Healthy in the Workplace.
= Maintain healthy change between sitting, standing, walking and stretching.
= Clean, tidy and pleasant environment.
= Maintain healthy body and mouth odour
Social health
= Find and live in harmony with our Heart voice and inspire others to do so.
= Time: Devotional services for society in some social group or/and institutions.
3rd circle
Physical health
= Healthy is to sit and drink water slowly with vessel touching mouth (on average 1.7-2.3l per day)
= Cover head in sun.
= Best time to eat lunch is between 12 noon and 2 pm.
= Follow healthy response of 13 of natural urges
= Maintain healthy sit, stand, walk and stretch balance
= Maintain Balanced and Healthy sitting, standing, walking and lying down postures and changes between them.
=
Time: Self oil massage.
Mental health
= Practice civilised human culture and etiquette in our day-to-day dealings, for example respect more knowledgeable, elderly people.
Professional health
= Maintain Healthy work-live balance
=
Realize the our mission, develop and maintain it, fully surrender to a our mission.
= Time: Be part active part of some professional association, organisation, club etc.
Social health
= Kind and healthy to take care of elderly people.
4th circle
Physical health
= Directly before and after every meals wash hands, all face, eyes, nose, ears, mouse, teeth, and gargling throat and rinse feet.
= Make a habit to pass urine after each meal.
= Eat peacefully and silently every meal at least 15-30 min without rushing, warring, speaking, standing, walking etc.
= After meal healthy to take a least short walk to aid digestion for 5-10 min or at least 100 steps.
Physical health
= Save and Healthy use of electronic gadgets like cell phones, computer, earphones etc.
= Time: short yoga or stretching routine in the early morning.
Mental
health

= Healthy and Balanced dressing style and habits.
Professional health
= Respect needs of others and needs of our selves.
= Care and respect for others.

= Cover ears while travelling or just windy.
= Always pass urine peacefully in squatting posture.
= After all travel, changes drink warm water and sit in windless place.

10 min daily: individual practice*

4th circle – 45 m daily plus 2 hour weekly
15 min daily: 5 min short yoga or stretching routine in the early morning and; 5 min self oil massage; and at least 5 min yoga and exercises* 10 minHour of Pure Love”* 5 min daily: professional study*; plus
1 hours weekly:

15 min daily:
10 min individual practice*; 5+ min reading: of spiritual revealed scriptures plus
1.5 hours weekly:
devotional services*.
5th circle – 60 m daily plus 3 hours weekly
15 min daily: 5 min short yoga or stretching routine in the early morning and; 5 min self oil massage; and at least 5 min yoga and exercises* 15 minHour of Pure Love”* 15 min daily:
5+ min after breakfast plan the all day for our work; 10 min daily: professional study*; plus
1 hours weekly:
professional association*.
15 min daily:
10 min individual practice*; 5+ min reading*; plus
2 hours weekly: devotional services*.

If we already stable in 5th time circle for at least two mouths or more and with to increase our time investment up to 2.5 hours daily plus 3 hours weekly, there is additional recommended time schedule for that. 🙂       Go to the top
